Today we practice the songs in the Christmas play - we are singing 'Conceder Yourself', 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire' and a couple of Cinderella songs and a song from Annie. In maths I finishing off the work on time we started on Friday and I finished mine so I had to go on to extension work.

Today is bonfire night - and it's also Daniel's birthday which is very lucky. In maths I did about time and I did the most questions in the class and I got them all right. I even had time to do section 4b!

Today I made a sarcophagus and I drew a person on the top of it (an ancient Egyptian person of course). I only did two things today - the other thing was some information sheets on a goddess called Sekhmet and a goddess called Hathor (Horus's wife and the mother of all the gods depicted in the canopic jars).

Today I finished of a picture of an Ancient Egyptian goddess. In maths I did some work about verticals, horizontals and diagonals. Miss Brazel said that me and Summer could stay in at playtime and paint some Egyptian gods so we did and we were the only people in the class that got to do it.

Today I did a good picture of an Ancient Egyptian goddess. Miss said it was very good. I also did some research about the goddess that I drew. In maths I had to do a test (which I didn't like).

Today I did PE. In PE we had to do forwards rolls and stuff like that. In maths I did some stuff about measuring and in literacy I did some work on the Ancient Egyptian story of Isis and Osiris. We also learnt some words from the Christmas play.

Summer's party today - she had a monkey cake! In school I designed the inside of a pyramid - that was a bit fun. We made some Diwali cards but I didn't finish mine but it doesn't matter because I won't be giving mine to anyone.

Today was parent's evening - and it was just the same as all my other parent's evenings - good, good, good. In history I finished my information book; I added a glossary, but I decided not to include an index as it would have been just the same as the contents.

In numeracy we measured things in the classroom.

Today in maths we did literacy! (All we had to do was write stuff down and draw pictures, but it was maths we had to write about - all about length, capacity and mass. In proper literacy (and not just maths literacy) I did the front cover of my book and some hieroglyphics in my book. I finished my book - it has five pages of information in it! We finished our RE topic about Sikhs today too.

Today we had ICT and ICT club. In ICT we emailed our partners clues to find some treasure; Summer and I both found our treasure. In literacy I did one things in my draft book and two things in my literacy book. In my topic book I did my post topic assessment - mom and dad will see that on parent's evening.
