It snowed yesterday and today! We had to start at 10am both yesterday and today too - and tomorrow! Yesterday we practised the performance again and that's just about it (apart from reading our reading books). Today we didn't practice the performance which was a relief! Today in maths we did equivalent fractions.

Today we practices the play again - and that's about all we did except for comprehension (which I hate). We didn't do maths, so no maths homework this week, and I missed out on some other homework too because I don't have a cat.

Today is my birthday! It was so cool! I got a bike and a pink wheely chair and some Bendaroos and a necklace and a top and some make-up. I only did one lesson today - literacy; and that only lasted 45 minutes - the rest of the time it was panto practice! I got happy birthday sang to me three times at school today; Once in class, once at lunch time and then during panto practice, one of the actors was late, so while we were waiting, one of the teachers saw my badge and said I should go up on stage and everyone on the whole school (except for me) sang happy birthday to me!

I didn't do my blog yesterday and I can't remember what I did either, so I'm going to have to just talk about today. IT'S MY BIRTHDAY TOMORROW!

Today I did swimming - I did breast stroke. I had to write the story of Hathor and the red beer.

We did a writing assessment today; we had to write a persuasive letter to Lord Carnarvon asking for more money to fund our search for a new tomb. I used the persuasive argument that he could get even more money and if I didn't find a tomb he could have his money back (a money back guarantee! - I'm a bit like Tescos!)

We made a poster today about people who help us in school.

Today I did an article about Cleopatra - I got one team point from miss and then she told me that I should show it to Mr Collier and he gave me two team points because it was so good. Greens won the cup today!

Today I um well I um wrote a letter to Santa and I did some work on the Egyptian pharaoh called Ramases II.

Today...I Nadia Dawson did ICT! In ICT! I had to write a story about an alien space craft. Miss said mine was very good. In maths I did some work on fractions. I got all the questions correct. I don't what else I did today so bye-bye.

I don't know what I did today - but the one thing I do know is that I didn't do that assessment - that's next week.

Today I did singing practice for the Christmas play. The stage went up yesterday too - it was so cool. I did a practice for a literacy assessment that I'm going to do tomorrow; I'll tell you how that goes tomorrow. We had to read three stories and we had to write reviews of them.

Today I finished off the test I started yesterday and I got every question right (18 out of 18 - and I did some working out so I might get even more). In assembly some people got the fantasy football awards - one of them might get a medal and a trophy.

I did a hierarchy of the Egyptian jobs today and I had to find out some things about their jobs on the internet.

Today in maths I did stuff about TV timetables. I did big writing today too - I did the story of Isis and Osiris. And I moved onto level 11 reading.

Today I found out that the school disco was on my birthday (that's the 25th of November!) We had a fire alarm today - it started just as we started maths, so we just went into class and we had to go out again - it was only a practice though; we all managed to get out in 3 minutes and 4 seconds - that's almost a record.

Today in maths we did word problems about time and in science we started a new topic - eating and teeth.

Today we practice the songs in the Christmas play - we are singing 'Conceder Yourself', 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire' and a couple of Cinderella songs and a song from Annie. In maths I finishing off the work on time we started on Friday and I finished mine so I had to go on to extension work.

Today is bonfire night - and it's also Daniel's birthday which is very lucky. In maths I did about time and I did the most questions in the class and I got them all right. I even had time to do section 4b!

Today I made a sarcophagus and I drew a person on the top of it (an ancient Egyptian person of course). I only did two things today - the other thing was some information sheets on a goddess called Sekhmet and a goddess called Hathor (Horus's wife and the mother of all the gods depicted in the canopic jars).

Today I finished of a picture of an Ancient Egyptian goddess. In maths I did some work about verticals, horizontals and diagonals. Miss Brazel said that me and Summer could stay in at playtime and paint some Egyptian gods so we did and we were the only people in the class that got to do it.

Today I did a good picture of an Ancient Egyptian goddess. Miss said it was very good. I also did some research about the goddess that I drew. In maths I had to do a test (which I didn't like).

Today I did PE. In PE we had to do forwards rolls and stuff like that. In maths I did some stuff about measuring and in literacy I did some work on the Ancient Egyptian story of Isis and Osiris. We also learnt some words from the Christmas play.
