This morning I went into school nicely. Then it was register and after that it was assembly; Mrs Hodgeson did assembly today - she showed us a sign for yin and yang and talked about what it meant. When we got back to class, we played for a bit and then it was milk time - I had a pear today (but Stevie and me didn't like it much).

At break I didn't chase Tom - I made a card in the big playground with the big girls instead. When we went back in we played some more and then it was lunch time; mince pie, mash, broccoli and gravy and for pudding I had yogurt.

This afternoon I played outside with Stevie, Nichol and Maisie. After that we went back in and Mr Collier did the register. I made a milk shake this afternoon - one day we're going to make a smoothie!

This morning I didn't cry when I went in and then it was register time - then we went to assembly - it was a funny assembly; you know Mr Brassels; he had a story - some children were watching a movie, and one of the boys wanted to be in the movie and he pretended that his pen was a loaf of bread - he threw it and Mr Brassels picked it up and the teacher came in and saw both of them crawling on the floor and Mr Brassels had to go to the head mistress - and he was saying 'have I been good?' all the time. It was about fair sharing.

When we got back we played in for a bit and then it was milk time (orange today). At break I skipped and then we went back in to play some more. For lunch I had ham with 2 roast potatoes and carrots and for pudding I had rice pudding with raisins on top.

This afternoon we played spies.

This morning it was the school trip - I brought in a pack lunch box. We had register, but we all had to keep our coats on, and then we went to the toilet and then went to the big yellow bus. On the bus we sang 'Old McDonald' and 'The Wheels on the Bus'. We did loads of things at the farm; we stroked a baby goat, a baby lamb and a turtle - we even stroked a chicken. They had a huge egg and a tiny egg. Some people stroked a snake but I didn't (it wasn't a real snake though).

My pack lunch was delicious and scrumptious and healthy. Then we played in the hay stack and then we went on a tractor ride and playing in the fun barn - it had two slides, but I didn't go on the one with the sack.

When we got home, I went to Koosh and my daddy picked me up really early so that I could get ready to go to the disco! I won a prize at the disco; the man said I was a lovely purple girl.

This morning I went into school, and Jake brought in a spiderman book - it was great! After register we swapped (I was on Mr Collier's carpet today), and then we played; I drew a picture of what I'm going to wear at tomorrow's disco. After that it was milk time - tomatoes today; I didn't have one. Then it was break time; I skipped.

When we went back in I played some more and then it was lunch time; it was Stevie's second day on school dinners - she likes them. She sat next to me, and she said she wishes that it was the same dinner everyday! We had fish, wedges and sweetcorn and for pudding I had apple sponge.

This afternoon Mr Collier read spiderman to us - there was a goblin that used to be spiderman's friend but he isn't anymore, and he has a flying skateboard. And there is one baddy called sandyman, and one that looks like spiderman but he is black and has black webs, and his webs are nasty, but spiderman's are kind.

This morning I didn't cry. Then it was register time and after that it was swapping time - I was on Mrs Hodgeson's carpet; we read a story about farmer duck. Then it was playing in time - I made a mask for tomorrow's talent - I'm doing a puppet show - I need one dalmatian, two pigs, two ducks and a ginger cat; it's going to take ages!

With our milk we had banana, and then it was playing out time; I skipped. When we went back in we played some more and then it was dinner time. For dinner I had mince and vegetables and jacket potato and cucumber and for pudding I had rhubarb crumble.

This afternoon we watched Wallace and Gromit - it was really funny.

Wednesday, May 16, 2007

This morning I didn't cry when I went in - when I arrived everyone was still outside playing. When I went in it was register time and then we went to assembly. It was year one's assembly this morning - they did a play about Jesus turning fishes and loaves into lots of fishes and loaves (baskets full of herrings! - 'who wants another fish sandwich?')

Then we went back to class and playing in time and then we had our milk - I had Dennis the Menace milk today with an apple. After that it was break time - skipping today. When we went back in we played some more and then it was lunch time - for lunch I had lovely ham, roast potato, broccoli and gravy and for pudding I had yogurt. Then it was playing out time.

This afternoon we made cheese sandwiches - it was yummy scrummy.

Tuesday, May 15, 2007

This morning I went into school, and then it was register, and after that it was swapping time - I was on Mrs Hodgeson's carpet. Then it was playing in time; I just walked about. Then it was milk time; I can't remember what fruit we had today. At playing out time I fell over; I was running and I tripped and grassed my knee - I didn't cry, but I had to wash it with a towel.

When we went back in it was PE time - we played bouncing a bean bag on a tennis racket - I got to 18 before it fell of. Then I played hockey and then I played catch and then I skipped with a skipping rope.

For lunch I had cauliflower cheese, two new potatoes and sweetcorn and for pudding I had sponge with jam on the top.

This afternoon I skipped all the time, and now I'm so good at it, I can just do it straight away.

Monday, May 14, 2007

This morning I went in nicely and then it was register time. There was a new teacher today; I've forgotten her name. There was no assembly today - we don't have assembly on Mondays, so it was swapping time straight away. I was on Mrs H's carpet today (that isn't the new teacher's name; its what Mr Collier and Mrs Gibbon call Mrs Hodgeson). I did a sentence today; I did it so well that I had to draw some grass and some flowers. Then it was milk time - I had an orange today (I was about to say ugly fruit!)

At break I played Numberjacks with Ellie, Suzan and some other girls, and then we went back in and played some more. For lunch I had dinosaur beef with croquette potatoes and carrots and gravy. For pudding I had sponge with icing on the top.

This afternoon I fell over and did some tricks.

Thursday, May 10, 2007

This morning I brought in a mickey mouse picture. I was a bit late - Mr Collier had already started the register, but he hadn't reached my name; Fay is before me in the register. After register I showed Mr Collier my mickey mouse picture - he liked it so much he stuck it on the castle. After that it was swapping time; I was on Mr Collier's carpet today.

In assembly, Mrs Something was telling us about trust (again!). Trust is boring - you just have to say it to people for no reason. After assembly we went back to class and played until milk time - I had banana today. At break I was choosing who can do talent with me tomorrow; I chose Suzan - we are going to sing 'Hey Mickey'. We showed Mr Collier the song and he liked it.

After break I played inside some more and then it was lunch. For lunch I had chicken pasta, jacket potato, broccoli and garlic bread and for pudding I had plain sponge with custard.

This afternoon we had a story and I started to sow a ginger bread man.

Wednesday, May 09, 2007

This morning I went in - I was a bit late today, but I was just in time for register. Then it was swapping time - Mr Collier's class went on Mrs Hodgeson's carpet, and Mrs Hodgeson's class went on Mr Collier's carpet. Then we practiced our play; I had to say 'Can you trust a doctor or a nurse?' and my other part was 'can you trust a vet to look after animals?'. After that it was the real assembly play - I made a bit of a mistake, I said 'Can you trust a vet?' and then I said 'can you trust a doctor or a vet?' and then I said 'can you trust a doctor or a nurse?'.

Then it was playing in time and then it was ten fingers time. Then we played outside; I did a few tricks with a hula-hoop. When we went in it was milk time; no fruit today. Then we played inside some more and then it was dinner time; I had a strange dinner today - but it was nice; I had lasagna, croquette potatoes, sweetcorn and gravy - it was nice, but the next time I won't have that - it wasn't that nice.

This afternoon I drew a picture of grass and the sun.

Tuesday, May 08, 2007

This morning I went in nicely, and then it was register time - then Mr Collier's class went onto Mrs Hodgeson's carpet, and Mrs Hodgeson's class went onto my carpet. After that Mrs Hodgeson asked us all how many pets we had and we talked about pets a bit. Then we played inside for a bit and then we had milk with a pear - I took my pear outside to eat it - Suzan even brought her milk outside! I dropped my pear pips on the floor - there might be a pear tree there tomorrow!

We played in some more and then it was dinner - for dinner I had pizza, roast potato and spaghetti hoops and for pudding I had apple crumble with custard.

This afternoon at the end of the day, Alex brought in her real pet, and it was a rabbit caller Luna.

I wasn't able to do my blog yesterday because my daddy wasn't here, he was at nanny and grandad's house - I wish I could have gone with him.

Anyway, this morning I caught the bus to school with mommy. When we got there we were early - we had to wait to go in. Then it was register time and after that we had assembly; some of the big children were showing us some exercises like skipping and playing football. Then we went back to class and swapped - I was on Mrs Hodgeson's carpet. I did some spelling with her, and then it was playing in time and after that it was milk time; it was tomatoes today, but I didn't have one. At playtime I span round and round and jumped up and down singing the tune of Hawaii five-o.

We went back in and played some more and then it was lunch time; I had fish cake with chips, sweetcorn and for pudding I had sponge with strawberry jam on the top.

This afternoon we had talent; I did a show with Ellie, and I was a cat and Ellie was a rabbit and we were giving out treats; we won talent and got a sweet.

Wednesday, May 02, 2007

This morning I went in and then it was register time. After that it was assembly; Mrs Giles told us about saying please and thank-you. After that we went back to class and swapped; I was on Mrs Hodgeson's carpet. Mrs Hodgeson had a recipe for ginger bread men, so we made some. I made mine really quickly. After that it was milk time; banana today then it was playing out time; I just ran about.

When we went back in we played some more and then it was lunch time; macaroni cheese, roast potato and cucumber and for pudding I had rhubarb crumble.

This afternoon 2 ladies came to our class; they brought a real dog. They were from dogs trust and told us all about looking after dogs. The dogs name was Bally.
