This morning I didn't cry when I came in, and then it was register time. We didn't have assembly until 10:10, so we played inside first. I played in the gluing area - I was making a card for Matalan. Then it was playing out time, and when we went back in it was assembly; one of the year 1 or 2 classes did assembly today; they did a short play - all they did was talk and just act about a little play; 'they give that present, they give this present' - none of us understood what they were doing. It was a bit boring.

When we got back to the class, we had our milk with oranges, and then it was playing in time, and then lunch time. Today we had a Sunday dinner; beef, roast potatoes and carrots and for pudding I had rice pudding with raisins. Then we played out; all the big children were away on a school trip today, so I just grabbed the small children and went on the slide a bit.

This afternoon, we had register and then playing in time - I did a bit more work on my card. I changed my reading books today as well.

This morning I didn't cry when I went in - then it was register time. After that it was playing in time - we didn't have swapping time today - we don't do swapping every day. Then it was milk time - we had carrot with our milk today. Then it was playing out time; we tried to get these boys, but they were too fast - they were 7, and one was even 8. After that we went back in a played and then it was lunch time. For dinner I had chicken, mash and carrots with gravy, and for pudding I had ginger pudding because I didn't want bananas mixed with custard.

This afternoon I played outside for a bit - trying to get the boys again, and I got them this time. Then we went back in, and played some more. I went to the library today to change my book, and we made some masks. I went to after school club today.

This morning I didn't cry like a tiny baby when I went in, then it was register time. After register it was assembly. In assembly, Mrs Giles said that a picture had been put on her desk by Mr Collier, and she looked at who's picture it was and it said 'Nadia Dawson', and I had to go to the front and all the other children clapped for me. Mrs Giles said that the picture made her smile. It was so much fun. After assembly, we went back to the classroom and it was swapping time; I was on Mrs Hodgeson's carpet today. Mrs Hodgeson called out my name, and I went to her, and we were doing some work about a patchwork elephant called Elma. I was so busy that I didn't have time to have my milk - I didn't even have time to play inside either. After that it was 10 fingers time. Then it was playing out time.

When we went back in, it was playing in time, and then it was lunch time; today I had curry, rice and broccoli and for pudding I had apple sponge with custard. I went on a climbing frame when we played out after lunch.

After lunch, we went on the carpet for register time, and then Mr Collier told us about Africa; I had my milk while we were learning because I didn't have my milk this morning. I told Mr Collier about my time in Ghana and told him that the people have to fetch water from the pump and they carry the water back on their heads. I even told him that mummy carried her washing on her head! I went to after school club today.

This morning I didn't cry like a tiny baby - wah, wah, wah! I wanted to bring my CD of high school musical today, but it was still in after school club. I saw Gale when I went in and asked her to get it for me, and she said she would give it to daddy. Then it was register time - and after that it was assembly. When we got back to class, I played inside - I just shook an avocado. Then it was milk time; I had a chocolate with my milk today - not everyone got a chocolate. We had eight people on my table, and we all got a chocolate.

When we went out, I was doing some dancing practice for this afternoon's talent contest. Then we went back in and played some more - I shook a banana. Then it was lunch time. For lunch I had pasta with cauliflower, and broccoli mixed together, and chips and carrots and for pudding I had chocolate pudding with custard.

This afternoon we had talent. I sang some songs with Suzan, Ellie, Ellie, Stevie and Olivia as one of my talents, and sang some songs to my High School Musical CD with Nichol. I won talent today, so I got a chocolate for doing talent well, practicing all week and bringing the CD in. I'm really good at winning prizes.

This morning I didn't cry like a tiny baby - then it was register time; Mr Collier did the register today. Then it was assembly, then it swapping time, then it was playing in time; I didn't pay anything - after that it was 10 fingers time, and we had to tidy up, and then it was milk time - oranges today - they were running (just kidding!).
After milk it was playing out time, then it was playing in time. After that it was dinner time. Today I had chicken curry with rice, cucumber and for pudding I had rhubarb crumble (it wasn't as nice as daddy's). After dinner we played out for a bit and then went back in.

After register, Mr Collier showed us this book which had horrible things in it; this owl made a pizza with disgusting things like tadpoles and spiders and maggots and that sort of thing. We were going to write a sentence about the pizza and we were going to make a pizza. I made my pizza first (with no maggots and no spiders and no tadpoles). After I had finished my pizza, I heard everyone singing and I thought 'that sounds good - I've got to join in', and I thought it was good enough to show the head mistress, and we did show the head mistress; she thought it was fabulous - everyone clapped (even Mrs Gibbon).

This morning I didn't cry like a tiny baby - then it was register time. Mr Collier had a teddy bear in his pocket, but I don't know why. During registration I whispered to some of my friends 'Mr Cauliflower!' - it's so funny isn't it! My friends laughed by accident, and Mr Collier wondered what was going on, but we didn't tell him. After registration we had assembly. The teacher in assembly made a pancake - she made it properly, and she put sugar on it, but instead of lemon juice, she put vinegar on it - that wouldn't taste very nice, but 2 of the boys said they would eat it!

When we got back to the class, we played in for a bit and then it was milk time - we had carrot today (not walking bananas). After that we played out, and then played in again, and then it was lunch time. Today we had ham, roast potatoes, broccoli and yogurt for pudding. After that I played outside for a bit.

In assembly, one of the teachers told us about a competition to draw a fairy or a monster, so straight away this afternoon , I started on one of my fairies, but Ellis (or Kane) drew on the back of it so I had to start again. I went to Koosh today, and did another fairy.

People - you have to write comments on my blog because I love getting them!

This morning I didn't cry when I went in, then it was register time, and then it was playing in time; I can't remember what I played. Then it was milk time; I didn't have anything with my milk but some of the children got a biscuit with their milk - it's not fair! After milk it was playing out time - I was just running about. When we went back in, we played some more and then it was lunch time. For lunch I had pasta with sweetcorn and pasta sauce, and jam tart for pudding. After lunch I played out. When we went back in, we had fruit - the fruit was behind Mr Collier while he was walking, because the bananas walked themselves! While we were having our bananas we listened to High school Musical - everyone liked it.

This afternoon we went on the climbing frame. I climbed on the hardest one of all! Then it was home time - I went to after school club today, but I was the first one to be picked up at after school club.

Today was my first day back at school after the half term holiday. I was singing and dancing when I arrived. Then it was time for register; I said 'good morning Mrs Peacock'. Then it was swapping time; I was on Mrs Hodgeson's carpet today. After swapping we played inside; I was so excited at milk time - I was so excited, but I don't know why - I don't even know when I was excited. I was doing some work; we had to do these wild animals and say 'I see a tiger', 'I see a zebra'. After that it was milk time; no apples, no bananas, nothing at all! Then it was playing out time, then it was playing in time, then it was dinner time.

For dinner I had mince with vegetables with new potatoes and pasta and for pudding I had sponge with lemon icing on the top and a little bit of custard - it was delicious. Then it was playing out time. I loved playing out time today because I played with all of my friends - but it was a bit nuisance playing out time - I don't know why, but I had to chase this boy - he was 7, and had taken Molly's hat.

This afternoon, I drew my face and I got 2 team points, one for my hard work, and one for my picture - no one has ever got 3 team points before! Then it was going home time. I went to koosh today.

Friday, February 09, 2007

This is blog number 100! This morning I did cry when I came in because daddy didn't give me a kiss and a cuddle. Then it was register time and after that it was assembly time. In assembly some of the reception children were being naughty; they were upsetting Mrs Giles, the head mistress. They were making noises and being silly. Amy was in the big book today.

When we got back from assembly, it was swapping time. I was on Mr Collier's carpet. Then it was playing in time; I did some pictures of dogs for one of my teachers. I did a picture of a dog jogging and another one of just a dog. After that it was milk time; I didn't have any fruit with my milk today. After milk it was playing out time. I played with my girl mates because we're mates together and we're girlies, so we're girl mates. When we went back in we practiced our songs for this afternoons show.

For lunch we had fish cakes and chips with sweetcorn and salad cream and for pudding I had jam pudding with custard on the top. After that we played out - I showed the girls another song: 'I don't feel like dancing'. Then we went back in and had registration.

This afternoon was show time! But first we did some more Chinese things; we made some noodles with soy sauce and after that we had Maisey's birthday cake - then it was talent show time. Ellie, Sussan, Alex, Paige, Maisey and I did a dance routine; not just one dance - loads of dances. I was the leader of the group, I had been teaching the other girls the dances all week. We were so good that Mrs Hodgeson took us to Mrs Giles the head mistress to do the show for her. She loved it and was very happy because she had been upset with reception because of the way they had behaved during assembly.

When we got back to class, we sat on the carpet until it was home time. I was a bit upset because my dance was really good and I've been practicing all week, Mr Collier said it was really good and the price is a sweety, but we didn't win because Mr Collier said I win every week - its not fair.

Thursday, February 08, 2007

This morning I didn't cry when I came in. I was very excited today because I was going to do something very exciting today. We had registration and then assembly; in assembly the lady doing assembly said she would give me a team point because I was sitting nicely, but she didn't give me one. When we got back to class it was swapping time - I was on Mrs Peacocks carpet today. Then it was playing in time, and after that it was milk time; we had oranges today. At playing out time it was snowing - I pretended to go ice skating; I was swishing about.

When we went back in, I walked around until I saw something to do, and then did it. For lunch I had mince with vegetables in it and potato wedges and backed beans, and for pudding I had plain sponge with banana and custard. When I played out after lunch it was still snowing!

This afternoon, I made a teddy bear and Mrs Hodgeson told me to do a picture of a snakes face. I painted a picture of myself as a snake with Chinese writing on it - everything is snaky and beary at the moment!

After school today I went to Sussan's house for my tea. I saw Aisha and Sussan and her little sister. We played and played and played for hours. We had pasta for our tea, and ice cream for pudding. We had crisps and marshmallows as well!

Today my favourite things were; I did some Chinese writing, I changed my library book and we got ready for a show, but the show isn't today or tomorrow, it's on Friday.

The Chinese writing isn't much like our writing in England. I learned to write the letter 'd' and some others, but I don't remember them. We are learning about China because it's nearly Chinese New Year. This
year is the year of the pig. When I drew my Chinese letters, I drew a pattern around it, and it was all the best colours that they like in China; red, yellow and orange - they are very special colours in China.

I changed my library book for Cinderella. I was going to do a display picture for my show on Friday today, but I forgot - I'll have to do it tomorrow. For lunch today I had chicken, croquette potatoes and cucumber and gravy and for pudding I had yogurt - they had rhubarb crumble today, but I didn't have it because I want to have it when daddy makes it for me.

Tuesday, February 06, 2007

This morning I didn't cry when I came in.; then it was register time. Mrs Peacock did the register because Mr Collier was teaching another class. Then it was assembly time, and after that it swapping time - I was in yellow so I was with Mrs Peacock; then it was playing in time. I got my tickets straight away and got colouring them. Then it was milk time - carrots today.

When we played out, I ran around, then it was playing in time again - I did some more of my tickets; I didn't finish them, but I put them back in the draw. For lunch I had beef stew with potatoes in it, croquette potatoes and sweetcorn, and for pudding I had yogurt.

This afternoon I played outside, then inside; I finished my tickets and gave them all out (not to everyone though because I didn't have enough). Then it was after school club. When daddy picked me up, I saw Mr Collier!

Monday, February 05, 2007

This morning I didn't cry when I came in, then it was register time. Today a brought a story in I had written over the weekend. I gave it to Mr Collier, and after the register I gave Mr Collier my dinner money, and then Mr Collier read my story. After that it was assembly time. After assembly it was swapping time, and then it was playing in time. I was busy looking at what everyone else was playing, I was wondering 'what shall I play with' until it was time for 10 fingers.; then it was milk time. With my milk I had an orange. Then it was playing out time.

When we came back in I saw Mrs Gibbon, and I said to her 'Ms Gibbon, I want to make a show for all the boys and girls' and Mrs Gibbon said 'Shall we make some tickets' and Alex and I made some tickets. Then it was dinner time. I had tuna pasta, a baked potato and carrots and for pudding I had banana sponge.

This afternoon I coloured in the tickets, and had to do all this writing, but I didn't have time; I've still got some left to do tomorrow!

Friday, February 02, 2007

This morning I went in, and then it was register time. I went to assembly today; in assembly Ellie and her two sisters went to the front in assembly because they had some medals and cups and bows and certificates they had won for their tap dancing and ballet dancing. After assembly we went back to the classroom and we had swapping time. I was on Mr Colliers carpet today, so I stayed where Miss Gibbon was because Mr Collier wasn't there. After that it was playing in time. I was looking around where to play, and I played somewhere and then I thought I should play something else, so I tidies up first and then moved to another area.

After that it was tidy up time - first I did 10 fingers, and then we all tidies up. After that we played outside, and then came in to have our milk - I had green apples today. After that we played in some more; I thought of an idea - I could make a necklace for the talent show we always have on Friday afternoons. After that it was 10 fingers again, and then it was lunch time. For lunch I had pizza, chips beans and tomato sauce, and for pudding I had chocolate bun.

This afternoon we played outside where I taught the other girls the dance moves for this afternoon's talent. Then we lined up and went back in. We played for a bit - I was finishing my necklace - and then Mr Collier said 'come on yellows - we are going to make a film of the loudest roar'. I did the filming and the rest of the children did the acting. Mr Collier helped me do the filming - it was so funny. Then Mr Collier said 10 figures and we all sat on Mr Collier's carpet and watched some of the films we had made - the last one was Mathew, and Mr Collier said 'do you promise not to roar at the animals', and Mathew said 'no'. Then it was talent time. I did a cool talent - I sang some Girls Aloud and Susan, Ellie, Maisey and me did a dance routine to the music. We won a chocolate bar! Daddy picked me up today.

Thursday, February 01, 2007

This morning I didn't cry when I went in. Mr Collier was back today and did the register. After register it was assembly; they told us the story about the enormous turpin. When we got back to class, it was playing in time; I played with Stevie in the maths area. Then it was playing out time - I just ran around. When we went back in I had my milk and an orange - I gave out the oranges today. Then we played some more, and then it was lunch time.

For lunch I had that mince thing with that crispy thing on the top - it didn't even had peas in it, so its not shepherds pie. I've had it before, but I don't know what it's called. I had it with croquette potatoes and carrots and gravy. For pudding I had carrot cake with custard. After dinner it was playing out time - I played numberjacks today with Stevie and Maisey.

This afternoon Mr Collier told me that I had done my last wordbox - number 18. He has given me some words that daddy has to read out, and I have to write them without looking. We played in a bit, and then we played out again. Mommy picked me up today.
