This morning we were very early - I was one of the first ones on the carpet. Mrs Peacock did the register because Mr Collier was teaching a different class. After registration it was time for assembly. When we got back it was playing in time, then it was playing out time, then it was milk time - I had banana with my milk today. After milk I played inside some more; I played magic dice again with Stevie.

For lunch I had ham with roast potatoes, carrots and gravy and for pudding I had rice pudding with raisins in it. After lunch I played outside with the big girls and I saw Mr Collier - he told me that he was teaching year 1 and he told me that he was telling them about Neil Armstrong. Then it was going in time and register time and after that it was playing in time - it was Dominic's birthday today so we sang happy birthday to him. Then it was home time.

Tuesday, January 30, 2007

This morning I didn't cry when I went in. Then it was register time - I brought my dinner money and had to take it to the office on my own. I gave it to Mrs Kennedy. Mr Collier and Mrs Peacock were both away - they were locked in their houses. They had lost their keys and they had to pay for someone to drill their doors down. Mrs Hodgeson and Mrs Gibbon were the only ones in. Mrs Gibbon did the register; I said 'good morning Mrs Gibbon'. After that it was playing in time;I played singing and dancing Girls Aloud. After that it was milk time; I was on Mrs Hodgeson's carpet and my job was to go in the cupboard that we are not allowed to go in and get the straws and I put the straws in the milk. We had an orange with our milk today. While we were having our milk, Mrs Hodgeson phoned Mr Collier to see where he was - he was still in his house! Locked in!

After milk it was playing out time, and when we went back in it was PE. I played dodge ball today; I'm not very good at it! I don't want to play it ever again. I never win. After PE we went back to play for a bit and then it was dinner time. For dinner I had chicken with pineapple, carrots, gravy and for pudding I had ginger pudding. After that I played outside with the big girls.

I did my reading books this afternoon.

This morning I didn't cry when I came into school. Then it was register time. Mrs Peacock did the register this morning. After that it was playing in time; I played in the maths area - I was looking at magic dice which didn't have numbers on them; Stevie and I were playing with these magic dice - we put them up our sleeves, and when we put them back down they had numbers on! After that it was playing out time - I played 'I'm miss attitude and I say whatever' with the big girls.

When we went back in we had our milk (carrots) and played inside for a bit. Then it was lunch time. I had spicy curry for my lunch today with rice and mixed vegetables; it even had baby sweetcorn in it. For pudding I had apple sponge with custard. Then we played outside.

When we went back in we had the register and then it was Jake's being naughty time! He was being very naughty with Ellis today. Today I made this calender for Mr Collier which shows the different weathers; sunny, rainy, windy, snowy - I forgot cloudy! I'll have to do that tomorrow.

Friday, January 26, 2007

Today was a special day at school - we all had to dress up as characters from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. I went as Snow White. When I got to school Mr Collier was dressed up as a dwarf, and Miss Gibbon and Mrs Hudgon were dressed up as Snow White as well. All the girls were dressed up up as Snow White except for Ellie, who was dressed up as the evil queen. There was one prince, and loads of dwarfs.

After register, we had assembly; all the other children were dressed up as well, some were dressed up as witches, some were dressed up as monsters, and some were dressed up as Flat Stanley. One of the teachers was a witch, and when we lifts hit hat off, he was bald. After assembly, we went back to the class and had our pictures taken, and then we played inside; I just walked around actually. Before we went outside to play, Mr Collier put on the record 'Hi-ho, Hi-ho, it's off to work we go'. I played princesses outside with Charlie and Ruby.

When we went back in, it was milk time, I had an orange with my milk today; then we played in some more. For lunch I had sausage, chips, beans and for pudding I had chocolate pudding. I played outside, and I played princesses again - I was looking for Alex's earing as too because it was a clip earing and had fallen out.

This afternoon we watched a film of Snow White - it was really good. Mommy picked me up today.

Thursday, January 25, 2007

This morning I didn't cry when I came in. Then it was register time - then I swapped; I was on Mrs Hodgeson's carpet. I played inside - I did nothing at all. Then it was playing out time; I played with the big girls, we were running about. Then we went back in and had our milk with a pear. I didn't just eat the bottom of the pear, I took the stork out and ate the top as well, and I took the seeds out and ate the middle and everyone wondered where my pear was! That's spooky. After milk it was playing in time, then dinner.

For lunch I had chicken in a sauce and potato wedges and cucumber and salad cream. For pudding I had yogurt - I didn't have the crumble today because it was bacon crumble - bacon crumble! What sort of madness is that?

This afternoon, I played out and then went back in for register. Stevie and I went into the workshop and we did some fab things; we were making some bears, but we haven't finished them yet. Daddy picked me up today.
This morning I was in time for the register; then it was playing in time; there was going to be an assembly, but it was cancelled, but we did it later. After playing in, it was playing out time; I played with Olivia - we were singing and dancing Girl's Aloud songs. Then we went back in and it was assembly time; I saw my friends Brianie and Malissa - they are big girls.

When we went back to class, I had my milk with orange, and we played some more - then it was lunch. For lunch I had chicken, pasta and gravy and for pudding I had raisin pudding, but a different type of raisin pudding. When we played out after lunch, Chester got hit by Jake - Chester wanted to be at the front, and he was saying it rudely, but Brianie said no so Chester said please, and Jake pushed him and he wouldn't let Jake get to the front so Jake hit him in the eye. When we went back in it was register time, and then it was playing in time, but Chester went home - poor Chester.

I read my wordboxes for Mr Collier, he gave me wordbox number 18. He also gave me a book with high frequency words which I have to learn how to spell - without looking!

I went to after school club today, and Rebecca's tooth fell out - there was blood on it.

Monday, January 22, 2007

This morning I got to school on time for registration. M Collier was poorly today, but Mrs Gibbon is better. Mrs Peacock did the register and I said 'good morning Mrs Peacock' when she said my name. Then it was swapping time. I was on Mrs Hodgeson's carpet; we read a story about snow white - we went in the corridor where the little children aren't allowed to go because it was too noisy. After that it was playing in time; I didn't want to play anywhere, so I just sat on the carpet. Then it was playing out time; Ellis, Kaine and Olivia all played Numberjacks with me - even Chester; everyone was playing it. Everyone in the whole wide world!

When we went back in it was milk time; I had a pear with my milk. Then we played in some more; I was trying to choose what to play - I forgot to make a snow flake. After that it was dinner time. I had chili today with cucumber - one dinner lady does the each side, and another dinner lady does the main food. For pudding I had an ice bun.

This afternoon I played outside with the big girls - we just sat there talking. Then we went back in for register. Then it was swapping time again, and after that we played. I did my shapes - all of them; even a hexagon and a hexagram - do you know what a hexagram is? A six pointed star!

Bye bye.

The afternoon, we had register; I took the register back to the office. When I got back, Mr Collier said I should try and write my whole name without copying it, and I did; I've brought it home with me. Mommy picked me up today.

Thursday, January 18, 2007

I was very early today. When I arrived, they hadn't even started registration. After registration, I swapped - I was on Mrs Hodgeson's carpet today. Then it was playing in time; I played with the play dough making models of pigs and people and little animals. After that it was break time - we didn't go out because it was too windy, so we had our milk instead. With my milk I had banana - I gave the banana's out and helped people peal them.

After milk I played inside some more and then it was dinner time. For dinner I had tuna pasta, jacket potato and lettuce with salad cream, and for pudding I had rice pudding. When we played out after dinner I was trying to stop some boys. I said 'girls rule - boys are cruel'. Then we went back in. Then it was register time and I said 'good afternoon Miss Peacock', and then it was swapping time. I was on Mr Collier's carpet, and we did some adding up. Then it was playing in time. I played with the play dough again. Then I drew a picture of some horses. After that I had to do my word boxes, and then it was sitting on the carpet time. My daddy came to pick me up today because it was so windy.

Wednesday, January 17, 2007

This morning I was very late. When I arrived at school, the door was already locked and I had to go through reception and sign into the late book. When I got to the classroom, all the children were already getting ready to go to assembly. Mrs Peacock said 'get your coat off Nadia'. In assembly, Chester gave a coin to Christopher, Christopher gave the coin to Chester and they had no idea what to do, and I was in the middle between the two of them and we didn't know what to do and I thought we should give it to the assembly teachers, then Mrs Peacock saw another coin, and we both took the coins to the person who was doing assembly. After assembly, it was playing in time; I made a French flag - red, white and blue, and after that it was milk time. I had an apple with my milk today.

There wasn't a playing out time today - it's so hard when there isn't a playing out time. After milk it was watching TV time - we watched Robin Hood and Little John. After that it was lunch time. For lunch I had pizza with croquette potatoes and carrot sticks with salad cream, and for pudding I had apple crumble. I had a drink with mine as well. Then it was playing out time, and we girls were saying "I'm miss attitude and I say 'whatever'." I was playing with the big girls.

This afternoon I played inside and then outside and then it was home time.

Tuesday, January 16, 2007

For breakfast I had ham and cereal and some bagel. After that I went to school. I took a French book and a crystal (which is a type of rock). When I got to school they were already doing registration. After that it was playing in time - I just looked in my book. Then it was playing out time. I did loads of things when I played out. After that it was milk time and then PE time. In PE I played dodge ball and this game with music where you have to do what the music does - when it is angry music you have to do angry moves, and then it is grumpy music you have to do grumpy moves, and when it is jelly music you have to do jelly moves. After that we washed our hands and then it was dinner time.

I had a Sunday dinner today; sausage, roast potatoes and cauliflower and gravy - for pudding I had ginger pudding and custard; then we played out - I played shouting at the boys with the big girls. Then we went back in. I did my word-boxes this afternoon - I'm on number 17 now. After that it was going home time; I went to after school club today.

Monday, January 15, 2007

This morning it was very late when I woke up (Zzz). I was excited though because I was going to wear my new trousers to school today. When I got to school Mrs Peacock was already doing the register. I was in yellows, so I stayed on Mrs Peacocks carpet. I think I saw Mrs Hodgeson doing alphabet - she was saying 'the sound is a the name is eh, the sound is t, the name is tee' but we didn't do that on our carpet. There wasn't any assembly today, so after registration we played inside. I played with some dice, but the dice didn't have any numbers on it, so I kept getting zero (and confused). Then it was tidy up time and then sitting on the carpet. After that it was playing out time; Chester annoyed me outside because be went nah-nah-ne-nah-nah to me; that's not nice isn't it daddy.

When we went back in it was milk time. I had carrots with my milk today. After that we played in some more, and then it was dinner time - we were a bit late washing our hands for dinner. For dinner I had turkey with wedges, broccoli and gravy with plain sponge and custard for pudding. After that I played out - then I went back in and it was register time. After register we sat on the carpet and Mrs Peacock taught us some French. We had some crescents with jam on it (yummy), and we learnt some French words Bonjour, Merci, and I learnt how to count up to 5 in French - but I've forgotten now.

Friday, January 12, 2007

This morning I didn't cry when I came in. Then it was registration time, and then swapping time. I was on Mrs Peacock's carpet because Mr Collier was doing some work. Then we played in. I played cockroaches with Chester - we just went 'hissy hissy cockroach' to each other. Then it was playing out time - I played with Susanne, we sang some songs. When we went in it was milk time with my milk I had an orange.

For lunch I had fish fingers, a huge potato and a tomato with salad cream, and for pudding I had chocolate pudding. After dinner we played outside, and then played inside when Mrs Peacock came, and then we played witches. Then it was home time - bye bye.

Thursday, January 11, 2007

For breakfast I had rice crispies and a drink. Then we went to school. Mrs Peacock was doing the register this morning. After that it was assembly; Mr Collier did the assembly today, he was talking about extinct animals. When we went back to the class, we played inside for a bit and then we had milk - we didn't play out today because it was rainy. With my milk I had bananas (bananas are for monkeys - the children are monkeys - even the teachers are monkeys because they eat bananas. Anyway, we are all types of monkeys because we are all human beings).

After milk I made a flag with two fairies on it and gave it to Mrs Hodgeson - she gave me a team point for doing the flag. Then it was dinner time. For dinner I had chicken, roast potatoes, cauliflower and gravy and for pudding it was rice pudding. I said please and thank-you to the dinner ladies. After dinner we played inside because it was still raining. I watched a programme about Robin Hood instead.

This afternoon I played in the maths area, then we played outside because it had stopped raining.

Wednesday, January 10, 2007

For breakfast I had rice crispies, ham and some bagel with cream cheese - that was a nice breakfast. Then I got dressed and went to school. When I got to school Mr Collier asked me about my wordboxes - daddy had told him that I was a bit upset about them last night. Mr Collier told me that there were loads more to do. Then it was register time, and then swapping time. I was on Mr Collier's carpet because I'm on yellows. Then we played inside - and then it was playing out time; I played with all the big girls and Chester - Chester was trying to wet us and all the girls were trying to run away - we had a good hiding place; a corner where no one can see you. After that, we went in and had our milk - I had a carrot with my milk. Then it was playing in time; we went on my blog and I saw the picture of me in my party dress. Then it was lunch time.

For dinner I had vegetable rice, chips and sweetcorn with salad cream, and for pudding I had apple crumble. Then we played out; I played numberjacks with Chester - I was 5, Chester was 4. This afternoon we had register and then swapping - I was on Mrs Hodgeson's - we were doing all maths, and I knew an easy bit of maths - how to make 7 and 9 (3 x 3 = 9 and 4 + 3 = 7, 1 + 6 = 7). When I was choosing I went to the maths area and did some more maths and showed Mrs Hodgson and Mr Collier them. Then it was home time.

Tuesday, January 09, 2007

For breakfast I had rice crispies and ham and fruit juice, then I went to daddies car and went to school. Then it was register time and after that it was playing in time. After playing in time it was milk time- that's crazy isn't it - then it was PE time. In PE we did a fox chasing a rabbit, and some other games. After that it was playing out time; I can't remember what I played or who I played with. When we went back in we played for a bit and then it was dinner time; it was like a Sunday dinner today - turkey, mashed potato and spaghetti with gravy and for pudding I had carrot cake and custard. After lunch we had to play inside because it was a rainy day.

This afternoon we played in and I made an England flag and made some snowflakes for the big girls - I haven't finished my England flag yet - I'm still working on it. After that I did some word boxes with Mrs Peacock and Mrs Peacock gave me wordbox 15, and then I'll get wordbox 16 and then I won't get any more until I'm 6.

Today was after school club. Bye bye and I hope you have a good time - la la la.

Monday, January 08, 2007

For breakfast I had rice crispies with sugar in it (it wouldn't be nice with salt in it!), and a piece of ham and some orange juice. Then I got ready for school. I brushed my teeth and bathed. I went to the car - I was a bit late today, but I got to school before register. Then, all my friends came in and it was register time - well, not everyone was in; Mathew wasn't in time for register. Then it was swapping time - yellows and blues were on Mr Collier's carpet and reds and greens on Mrs Hodgeson's carpet. Mrs Peacock read a book all about trains. After that we went to play - no assembly today! After that it was playing out time; I was too busy stepping on the big girls toes to play numberjacks today. I even trod on Bella's toes and Bethany! Then it was lining up time and we went in to have our milk. With my milk I had an apple, I drank we milk really quickly today.

After milk, it was playing in time; Mr Collier and Mrs Hodgeson asked me to draw some farm animals, so I drew a horse for Mr Collier, a horse for Mrs Hodgeson, a giraffe for Mrs Hodgeson and a cat for Mr Collier. Then it was dinner time. For dinner I had cheese pasty, potato wedges and carrots, and for pudding I had ginger pudding with custard. Then we went out to play. I just trod on the big girls toes again - not even playing with Chester!

This afternoon, we played. I got a sticker because of the hard work on the farm animals that I did this morning. Then it was home time. Bye bye - hope you have a great time.

Friday, January 05, 2007

This morning I had breakfast; I had rice crispies, ham and a drink and then went in daddy's car to school. We were a bit early and had to wait for the bell to go. I had a go on the scooter while we were waiting. Then, when the bell went, Miss Gibbon opened the door, and then it was register time. After register it was assembly; we lined up for assembly, Mrs Giles was going to have a brown bin and she had to plant lots of things, and put all the grass and those things in the brown bin and it was going to turn into soil. She also told us that if we leave the tap on when we go out of the room, we might waste water, and then there wouldn't be anything to drink - nothing at all.

Then it was playing in time. I can't remember what I played. Then it was playing out time; I played numberjacks with Chester. Then we went back in and had our milk. With my milk I had an orange and a biscuit. I had one orange, one full biscuit and one half biscuit. Then we playing in for a bit, and then it was dinner time. For dinner I had fish, chips, cucumber and tomato sauce. For pudding I had yogurt. After dinner we went out to play, and some big girls were chasing Chester and me pulling faces at us - we spent the rest of the break time chasing them and spying on them - we were creeping around.

This afternoon, we played inside; we made some snowflakes with Mrs Peacock, and then I did my reading book with Mr Collier. After that we had to tidy up because the best person who tidied up would get to do a talent. Chester and I did the best tidying up, so we did the talent; we sang 'I'm a Greedy Crocodile' and 'John Brown had a little Crocodile', and we got a lollipop. Then daddy came to pick me up.

Thursday, January 04, 2007

For breakfast I had rice crispies, ham and a drink. Then I raced to daddy's garage and got in the car, I went to school and I came in nicely. This morning I gave Mr Collier some biscuits, then it was washing hands time ready for assembly. In assembly, they were talking about those things that you want to do better at; new year resolutions. My new years resolutions are to be better and school and to do what the teachers tell me to do - sometimes I don't even tidy up, so I'm going to start doing that; I'll find somewhere that needs tidying, and then I'll tidy it up.

After assembly, it was playing inside time; I was a bit busy to play with Chester today because I was doing some word boxes - I've got word boxes 13 and 14; they are really hard. After that it was playing out time. We didn't have time to play much, I was a bit busy looking whether people were okay and whether people wanted to play with someone - that's kind isn't it? After that we went in and had our milk - there was a little change with the cartons; before they were blue, but this morning they were green. With my milk I had a chocolate bar!

After milk it was playing in time - everyone did a little shape; there is one called a cube, one called a cone, one called a cylinder and one called a sphere. But I played a game with Miss Peacock; you have to get a shape, but there were loads of triangles - you shouldn't get the triangles or the other shapes. After that it was dinner time. For dinner I had macaroni cheese, sweetcorn and croquette potatoes, and for pudding I had apple crumble with custard. After dinner it was playing out time. I played numberjacks with Chester, but we had to play with the big girls; everyone had to, but we didn't want to. After that we went back in and we played inside until home time. Bye bye - hope you have a good time.

Wednesday, January 03, 2007

This morning I didn't cry when I came in. Today was another day at holiday club - when daddy had dropped me off, we played inside and then it was snack time - I had a sandwich and a drink and some crackers. Then we played some more. We were practising dancing, and I did my favourite song. When I was still playing, Trina came in; Kelly and Gain and Emma used to go to Acrewoods (my old nursery) and that's where Trina works now. Then it was dinner time; for dinner I had beans on toast.

In the afternoon we did some more dancing - Alex and me didn't even get a chance to do our dancing show - we were going to skip all around - we were both at left and right and we were skipping passed each other, then we skipped to their side like this. The big girls did a Peter Pan show earlier and we wanted to do a show as well but we didn't have time.

Tuesday, January 02, 2007

This morning I didn't cry when I came in - I say that every day because once I did cry. Today was the first day back after the Christmas holidays, and it was a day at holiday club. We had to go to a different school today; when we arrived, we couldn't find where to get in, we didn't even think it was the right school! But then we found where they all were.

I came in nicely, but I didn't want daddy to go, because I might have missed him. Then it was playtime. After play time it was dinner time - we walked out of the school and turned right and up a hill and down a hill and there was a little shortcut, and we made it in a very short time through the short cut, and there we had dinner. I had pasta mixed up a bit with bacon, and bread to dip in the pasta. Then we went to the park to play. After that we went back to the classroom and played inside.

After play time, it was tea time - when I had finished all my tea, Ruby and me tidied away our plates and because we sat so nicely, we got a biscuit. Then it was home time, and my daddy came to pick me up.
